For me, I will listen to music especially Jazz or Classical music. I also go to the fitness center when I feel sad. When I exhausted from exercising, I don't have any time to think about things that make me sad.

I often listen to Dhamma on YouTube from famous monks such as V.VaShira MeiThee.
Personally, Dhamma can lead me to find the cause of my sadness which is from my mind and help me to solve it easily.

When I feel bad I like to watch some makeup tutorial videos on Youtube. It always makes me feel relaxed and happy.  Razz

When I feel sad or disappinted from some suituation or someone, I like to listen to music and watch or play some video games on my laptop. Sometimes, I watch movies to entertain myself and leave from those feelings.

When I felt sad, alone or disappointed from somethings, I tried so many ways to feel better such as listening to musics, playing computer games, watching some comedy shows and so forth. And I found that the best way for me to feel better ,when I felt down or alone, is going out somewhere and running around at the place.
I always listen to musics, while I'm running around at somewhere.

Being with friends can help me feel better because when I feel sad, they always make some jokes to make me laugh. But if I don't want to be with friends, I like to sleep and take a nap in sometimes. It can make me feel better, too.

When I have that feeling, I try to find some playfulness (e.g. watching TV series and shopping). If the joy cannot release bad feelings, then I let those feelings to stuck with me deeply until it gone and replaced by fresh feelings. Somehow, I feel like I am resetted.

Actually there are more ways to reduce the sadness. for me i just do things that i like to do such as playing a game, reading manga, watching cartoon or going shopping with friends.

I like to talk to a friend about my sadness or the situation that has caused my sadness.
It can help lessen the pain because I will know that someone cares about me and my feelings.

I just let everything that I can't change goes and don't care about it too much. I will try to make what I got better than it should be. Then I will be happy. Moreover, I will do what I want to do and tell myself that "After you did it, you wouldn't feel sorry, right?"
