How do you keep healthy?

Exactly, I will focus on doing more exercises.
For examples, in the evening i go to a park for running or jogging.
Next, eating habits. Avoid fat by eating nutrient food.
I shall eat the nutrition for human body needs, Carbohydrate,
protein and little fat. Eating highly varied foods will also help insure I get all the vitamins and minerals.
Finally, Sleep well Every night. Sleep 7 to 9 hours daily makes a good health.

I don't like doing heavy exercise so much, so the way that I choose to keep my healthy is very easy. That is eating. I usually buy some fruits after I have food. Furthermore, I always walk around my room and dance follow a song in my room.

Playing sports is the best way that I choose. I always choose playing football if i have time.

Learn how to eat proper food.
You don't have to be lean 100% but eat proper food, a variety of foods.

I have many things to do in one week, so I seriously have a problem about time to do exercise. One way that I can do for my health is to avoid consuming junk food.

Well first, I always avoid drinking coca-cola because it is the main cause that can make myself get fatter
and also decrease eating junk food that cause my weight gain faster than normal. Second, I always drink enough
water to make my skin refresh. Third, I sleep about 6-7 hours per a day avoiding my brain lack of oxygen.
The last, I always go to exercise when I have enough time.
This is my suggestion , if you want to have a strong and healthy life just find the way that suitable for you.

I usually go jogging when I have free time.
That makes me healthy. Also, hitting the hay can help me keep healthy.

For me, I try to drink a lot of water and usually eat vegetables in my dairy life. Moreover, sleeping enough about 5-8 hours is important too.

For me, just find some time to go excercise. Excercise can keep you away from sickness and keep you healthy. About 20-30 minutes is good enough.
