Thai and Italian food.
I will seperate into two side in my resturant.
There will be Thai food and Thai traditional style and Italian food with Italian style.

I would serve Italian foods in my restaurant.
Actually, I like Italian foods but I rarely eat it.
It's expensive for me to have them every day.

The kind would be original Thai style or extremely European. Come one I grew up with Isan dishes. It's too boring now.

It will serve the local one, Nakhon Phanom. It won't be a traditional food but it will has the taste thai I like or familiar. One reason that I choose the Nakhon Phanom favour is because I like the my hometown taste.

I will serve Japanese food since I love eating Sashimi soooo much! Japanese food is also various and another reason is there is not many Japanese restaurant in Mahasarakham. I'm craving for it!

Awww that's such a nice question.
You have me think about one thing I want to do in my life.
I would really like to run my own cafe so that I can be a barista myself.
I would make drinks i.e. coffee, cocoa, tea, and so on for my customers.
Apart from the drinks, I would bake desserts to serve customers so that they have their stomach be filled with delicious desserts and drinks made by KhonKhon.
