What do you think about student who do part-time job or working while study?

For me, I think its both good and bad effect.
Pros of it such as that person will get many skills in there life for example the problem solving skill, the co-operating skill, hoe to manage their time (balance times of learn and work) etc.
Cons of it such as effect to their learn sometimes might get lower grade, no time to relax, etc.
