How do you manage your life when you don't have enough time to relax?

I have a problem for management of my life when I don't have enough time to rest. My body seems like going to be broken all the time. It's so bad, but I have to keep fighting.

Well, I don't know exact what I do to deal with in that moment.Since I usually fail in my schedule. I just told myself that everything is limited in its time. The moment is so hard it likes Super Hard Level of games that I usually play it. I just do my best in that moment.
