Bread is easier to get. You can just go to 7-11 and get it before the sun rises in the morning.
What's more, it does not take much time at all to finish it, maybe a few bites and you are good already.
However, I prefer having rice and some food for breakfast since I think they contain more useful nutritions that allow our body to function well for the rest of the day : )
I just need to be a bit early for rice though hahah.
