I control my meals which focus on less sugar and fatty food.
Moreover, I do exercise quite often.

I think losing weight in a few weeks is quite hard. you have to have discipline. For me l try not to eat carbs. I eat more vegetables and protein and exercise every day.

The way that I found works quite well is to chew gum. I found this method by accident when I was a sophomore. At that time I chewed lots of gum and then I unwillingly lose my weight around 3 kilograms.

Personally, losing weight within a few weeks may be harmful to your health. Losing weight should proceed gradually. Having enough clean food is the most effective way for me.

I just wake up early morning for run and exercise. Then, I eat 3 meals and control my meal by didn’t eat after 2 p.m. after I do all this my weights decrease around 3 kilograms.

I can lose my weight when I have a stomachache. For me, it's quite easy to lose weight because I usually have a stomachache.

I once did it. I worked out every day by jogging and had diet program.
I lost 5 kilograms in a month.

For me, eat a lot of green and drink a lot of water! Moreover WORKOUT is the key though.
