I like to run or playing badminton because both of them are the only sport I can play.

I rarely do exercise and sports. However, I interested in aerobic exercises, such as running, swimming or dancing, are activities that work on my cardiovascular system.
This type of exercise can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
