Have you ever felt relieved when planting or watering plants?

I always feel really relieved when doing so. I like planting the plants very much. I like watering them in early in the morning, too because doing that helps me out from over thinking problem. So I sometimes go to our faculty and watering the plants planted around the Buddha's house. However, I, currently, don't have a chance to plant the plants due to my huge piles of work.

I am not sure but every time I do it I feel like I can increase the fresh air for our world. Is it call feel relieved?
