For me,I like to listen Thai music in order to heal my stressed.
It is good music therapy for me.

For me, my favorite song is the best way.
Those songs can help me in every situation of my life.

When I get stressed, I like to listen to rock music and sing along the songs.
I feel like I release something from my mind.
