For me, i try to eat more vegetables , rarely to eat snacks and try to do an exercise as much a i can.

When I gain more weight that means my body mass is not ok, I will eat more veggies and soup for a week in order to loose my weights.

Doing exercise and eating healthy food is the best answer, but I’m a lazy person who doesn’t like to exercise.

Do exercise and control when you eating. Don’t eat after 2 p.m. if you hungry after 2 p.m. you should eat yogurt instead food.

I do exercise 3-4 days per week and I eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and water. If I hugry after 6 p.m. I will eat yogurt with dried fruits.

Eat more Proteins, Eat less carbohydrates but does not mean don't eat carbohydrates.
You have to exercise too.
