I really cannot deal with my anger.
When I get angry, I always what I want to say and say what can hurt people who make me angry.
I cannot control it, then I feel regret it later.
So, I need some advice from you. Please share me your ideas, thank you.

I am hardly to be angry.I don't know how to deal with it.
I just stay with my silent and be alone.
I don't like when I am angry. I don't want to talk to anyone.
So, stay away from me when I'm angry.

my suggestion is to look at ourselves first.
We should find out the cause of the anger starting from our mind and solve it in the way of letting defilement be free so that your anger will be disappeared.

I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath.
Scared to rock the boat and make a mess.
So I sat quietly, agreed politely.
I guess that I forgot I had a choice.
I let them push me past the breaking point
I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything.

I just remove myself from the situation if another person does not calm down.
Sometimes, I wait for a time when we are both calm to talk to another person about the anger problem.
Don't bring it up when either of you is already angry.

The way to deal with my anger is breath deeply first and find something to do such as listen music, watch some joking videos,and sing the songs that I love.

I just count 1-100 in my mind when I am angry.
It is not good to expose our bad feeling.

Actually, I am a aggressive person who can be angry in a little problem and also be abusive. The way that I usually deal with my bad temper I am care of other's mind before I do or even speak something.And I also think in myself that not everyone can bear suffering words or action.

Because if I say while I am angry, I will be more angry and can not stop my anger.

Normally, I'm not easy to be angry.
If I'm angry with something, I will walk away from that. Then, I will think carefully about what made me angry. Moreover, I will think it be like the positive thinking.
