I just lay on the bed and try to relax with my favorite song.
Then when I feel better I will start will doing anything that I want even though it is nonsense.

I'll talk to my parents. Talking to my dad and my mom is very soothing.
They can give me some spirit and inspiration to help me feel comfortable and have energy to keep continue with my heavy duties.
