I am a person who always panics and nervous in public speaking. I always practice and prepare before presentation. I try to take a deep breathe and relax, but when I go on stage my head is freezing, my script is gone and my hands are shaking. Although, I have prepared.

I used to have this problem but nowadays I notice that I can get over it. Well, it doesn't mean I don't feel nervous or panic at all but I can say that I'm getting better in public speaking.
and how to improve it? I think the man problem is because you are not confident enough to speak English so you just need to practice every day or as much as you can to help you become more familiar with English speaking.
Then find a partner or you can also speak to yourself in front of the mirror or another way is you can make your own situations and try to make a conversation and talk to yourself.
I usually do it until nowadays and I think those are ones of the best ways to become a good public speaker.
