For me,I will choose cover this story but I know some day my parents will know this truth.
I know attitude my parents but I don't know how to tell them.

I will ask for the reason why they don't want me to have boyfriend or husband.
I think that they just want me to focus on studying when I can take care of myself they will say that "when will you have a boyfriend?" for sure.
For now, I will tell them if I had a boyfriend or a special one. If they don't allow me to have a boyfriend, I would ask them why you don't want me to be happy? I think I and my parents have to discuss about it.
