Yes, i can. I like to eat spicy food too. Sometimes it’s bad for your health though. So i avoid to eat spocy taste and eat more basic taste tought. Lol

Not too spicy would be the best. I thought spicy food is my cub of tea until one day I had a good chance to try Mala. For god's sake it's not human's food. It really burned my tongue.

Yes I can. I have some kind of belief that eating a hot spicy food can help me in weight reducing. LOL
But I eat it like 2–3 days a week,because too much of it can cause harmful effect to my tummy.
