I don't know if you're referring that 'art' as the language major, but certainly most people do. I majored that when I was a student. The problem, which you might not be interested in, is that I really don't like how people use the word 'art' to describe our major. For god's sake, we didn't learn any specific subjects of art. I just don't get it.
