I will think about the causes of that sadness and try to find the way to decrease the sadness. For examples, do not think to that sadness by doing other activities to decrease sadness.

I usually deal with sadness by go window shoppoing in any department stores. We don't need to think about it too much when it comes to certain depressing situations-it doesn't help! Go way from it to do somethings more relaxing!

Personally, I usually share it with my friends.
The best way for healing is enjoying myself with my favorite activities like dancing, listing to music, and also doing meditation.

Exercising or listening to music is what I always do when I'm upset. Exercising can help me forget what I'm encountering. Listening to music make me feel calm.

Sometimes crying can help release sadness.
For me, I will go outside, or do somethings like listening to musics, sleeping or playing games.
These activities can help me deal with sadness.
