Well, I usually apply a sunscreen lotion on my body and face and wearing Jacket before I go outside. There are easy ways to protect me from the sunlight.

The simplest way is rubbing the sun-blocked lotion on my skin. By the way, the laziest way is do not go outside. LOL ^_^ Razz

I protect myself from sunlight by wearing a jacket and using sunscreen. But the sunlight here is too strong so I would say that I can't protect my skin for 100 percent.

Sunlight causes the skin to burn.Most of people don’t protect the skin well. For me, The best way to protect your skin from sunlight is wearing a sweatshirt because apply sunscreen to your body is not enough.Sunscreen can protect your skin from sunlight only five hours but it’s not enough to protect your skin all day.

I always wear a sunscreen lotion and wear a sweater,a sweat pants or jeans before going out.
This is the best way to protect my skin from the strong sunlight.

In facts, I don't care enough about sunlight. But I know sunlight can harm my skin and It causes to cancer. So, I sometimes wear a jacket and use sunscreen. This is what I do to protect my skin.
