How do you do when your parents control you?

For me,I will tell them about something that makes me feel not okay.It is better way than I do something that want them understand me but they aren't okay.This way can help me and my parents understand each other.

I will ask them why they do or think like their reasons are better for me, I then tell them about my reasonable opinion to them.
I definitely think all parents always desire the best thing for their children, but if you feel not better, you have to tell them directly.

I will let them control me. Lol there are a few times that they controled me. They just see my decision is weird and they do not want me to get bad thing. So i think they help me more than control me. They almost give me 100% to control my life so i have no problem with that.

They just support me everything that i would love to do.

Firstly, I will talk with reasons as backups.
If it does not work, I will talk again but try to find better reasons to win over theirs.
Then, if it is still that way, I might do something to show that I don't agree or appreciate what they try to get me to do; I know that it may turn out badly, but I think that I also have my life and I am the only one who lives it.
