Which one is correct between 'School has 4 buildings' and 'There are 4 buildings in my school'?
Some of my friends tells me that both of them are correct, we can use both.
But I think 'there are 4 buildings in my school' is correct.
So, can you tell me which one is correct?

In my opinion, the second one is easier to understand and makes sense.
The first one shouldn't be the best answer because the school cannot have something by itself.
However, both of them are able to understand.
