When I am in this kind of situation, what I always do is just simply doing all the things I like.
It's literally like that. I do what pops up in my head first and then I try to figure things out, and do the ones popping up later.

My answer may be quite weird but it really works for me. Whenever I feel stressed, I will try harder to focus on what makes me get stressed to find out why it does so, how can I overcome it, and I will get rid of it as soon as possible.
Sometimes, I feel more stressed out while dealing with my stress but I think it is the best to destroy what make you stressed even if it means being more stressed.
