I usually sleep or talk with my friends when I get stressed. They always help me to get better.

I would say that going to the gym is the best way to relieve a stress for me. When I work out l will focus on my breath and stop thinking about any annoying thing. By the way music at the gym is so good.

Play game, Shopping, Eating a lots, or sleeping are the best solution when I am stressed.

Listening to music through earphone in the maximum volume is the best way to reduce stressful emotion for me.
Then, walking out of the room and looking up to see the sky can help me to feel free.
So, I can handle with all stress.

- Take time for my favorite hobby.
- Watch a comedy and laugh my head off.
- Spend time with friends over a good meal.

Whenever I get stressed, I always listen to music or watch movies that help to get a better mood a lot.
Moreover, I always talk with my mother who is the best adviser for me.

I will dance or sing a song.
I Normally like to dance, so dancing is my best way to reduce stressed.
