What to do when you can't sleep in the middle of the night?

I would pick up my phone to check the time and might scroll its screen watching Twitter and Instagram for a while. Then turn on a music playlist with setting a timer in order to turn off the media before laying my head on the pillow. Hopefully, I could sleep.

Well, if it really happens to me, I will just do like you.
It’s not worth forcing yourself to go to bed so you can stay up doing something you likr til younfeel like sleeping, I guess.
P.s. staying up late continuously is not good though. Be careful.
